Student newspaper advertisement designs to rotate each week.
The OC Student Living was a Macomb, Illinois student housing complex, providing individual homes in a courtyard setting. I worked alongside Regional Director Keith Long and Marketing Director Karen Campbell to develop a series of student newspaper advertisements they could run on a weekly basis to garner interest in the new property.
We wanted to convey that these homes were the top-of-the-line student housing option and provided renters the feel of a real home and coming fully furnished. We settled on a series of advertisements highlighting different aspects of the property, listing out the numerous amenities and calling out special rental deals.
I am passionate about making a lasting impact on the world so 10% of the money I earn from each project will be donated to provide clean water wells in third world countries through
