Informational sales sheets to include in a housing complex visitor’s packet.

The OC Student Living was a Macomb, Illinois student housing complex, providing individual homes in a courtyard setting. I worked alongside Regional Director Keith Long and Marketing Director Karen Campbell to develop informational sales sheet to include within the packet every visitor to the property received.

We wanted to convey that while these homes cost more than the average student housing option, when compared to amenities offered, they were the best offer. We settled on five sales sheets covering information on the homes, the community, comparing the property to its competitors and to the dorms, and a list of ten reason why students should live at The OC.
